Joe's handmade Totes Shipping Policy

At Joe's handmade Totes, we partner with major international shipping carriers including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and EMS, along with local couriers, allowing us to ship directly to your door and proudly offer worldwide shipping.

Payment & Verification

You will be charged at the time your order is placed. All payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take several days to process. To help prevent fraud, orders with incorrect billing information or those requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.

Shipping Process

We require 2–5 business days on average to fulfill your order and hand it off to our carrier. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 10 days.

Once your order has begun processing, we are unable to make changes, including address updates. We only ship to the address provided at checkout. Orders are shipped on business days only (no weekends or holidays). Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately depending on warehouse location and availability.

Tracking

All orders include tracking numbers. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. Please note that tracking updates may take several days to appear.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Joe's handmade Totes has no control over these fees and cannot estimate them. If a package is refused, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any associated costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Joe's handmade Totes is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, you must contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. Claims must be reported promptly for review.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make changes. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.
